Clear rules for agents and suppliers
Are these public customer prices?
No. B2B net rates are visible only to approved travel agents. Direct customers can send a query or use Rayvia Tour and Travel public website.
Can suppliers block partial rooms?
Yes. If a category has 10 rooms and 3 are sold offline, the calendar should block 3 rooms and keep 7 visible for agents.
Who controls cars?
Cars are managed by Rayvia operations so agent pricing stays consistent for Jammu, Katra, Srinagar and Pahalgam route plans.
When does supplier email go?
Supplier confirmation should be sent after successful payment verification or admin-confirmed payment, not on abandoned payment attempts.
Planning a personal Kashmir trip?
Retail customers can view public packages and send their enquiry directly on the Rayvia Tour and Travel website. B2B net rates remain private for approved agents.
