Kashmir B2B Hub
This agreement applies to hotel, houseboat, villa, homestay, camp, guide and activity suppliers registering on Kashmir B2B Hub.
Supplier is responsible for correct property/service details, photos, room category, meal plan, rates, child/extra bed policy, taxes, cancellation rules and availability.
If supplier sells rooms or slots offline, supplier must block only the sold quantity in the portal. Overbooking due to wrong or missed updates is supplier responsibility.
Supplier confirms that they are owner, authorized manager or valid lease/operator for the listed property/service. If lease expires or authority changes, supplier must inform Rayvia immediately.
Where lease details are provided, supplier agrees that Rayvia may send reminders before lease expiry and may pause listing until updated documents/details are reviewed.
Supplier should provide final clear B2B rates and tax notes. If GST, service charge, extra bed, child rate or meal plan charge is separate, it must be declared clearly.
Rayvia can approve, reject, pause or request correction for any supplier, property, room, rate, image or activity where details are incomplete, risky or misleading.
Supplier must hold approved paid bookings and coordinate with Rayvia operations. Supplier should not contact agent/customer for unrelated upselling or rate changes after confirmation.
By ticking acceptance during registration, supplier gives electronic acceptance. Rayvia may store this acceptance with account details and audit logs.
For booking, supplier, agent or policy support, contact Rayvia Tour and Travel.
