Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is based on supplier terms, cancellation timing, payment method and actual service status.

Eligible Refunds

If a service is not confirmed or is cancelled within eligible rules, refund may be processed after supplier/payment verification.

Payment gateway charges, supplier cancellation charges, non-refundable tickets, permits or operational costs may be deducted where applicable.

Approved refunds are processed through available payment/bank channels after internal verification.

Agents and suppliers must share written proof, booking reference and payment details for refund review.
