Cancellation rules depend on service type, supplier policy, season, booking date and payment status.

Before Confirmation

Unpaid booking requests can be edited or cancelled before payment. Paid bookings require Rayvia review.

Hotel, houseboat, villa, homestay, camp and activity supplier cancellation rules may vary. Agents must check policy before customer confirmation.

Late cancellation, no-show, peak season bookings, tickets, union services and non-refundable supplier services may attract charges.

Rayvia will coordinate with supplier and agent but cannot guarantee refund where supplier or external rules do not allow it.
