These terms apply to Kashmir B2B Hub users including agents, suppliers and Rayvia operations.
Approvals
Rayvia may approve, reject, pause or request correction for users, properties, rooms, activities, rates and bookings.
Rates and Availability
Rates and availability shown in the portal depend on supplier submission and Rayvia review. Suppliers remain responsible for updating offline sold rooms or blocked inventory.
Payments
Bookings may use 50% advance or full payment. Remaining balance must be cleared before service start/check-in unless Rayvia confirms another arrangement in writing.
No Unsupported Claims
The portal does not guarantee cheapest rates, government approval, fixed availability, guaranteed darshan, guaranteed tickets or guaranteed service where external rules apply.
