Agent Agreement

This agreement applies to travel agents using Kashmir B2B Hub for customer quotes and bookings.

Agent Responsibility

Agent is responsible for sharing correct customer name, phone, travel dates, travellers, rooms, meal plans, pickup/drop and special requests.

Agent markup is private to agent/admin and should be handled responsibly. Suppliers should not see agent markup.

Agent must pay selected advance or full payment through the portal or Rayvia-approved method. Balance must be cleared before service start/check-in.

Agent should quote customers only after checking latest visible rate, availability, inclusion, exclusion and cancellation policy.

Any change after payment depends on supplier availability, Rayvia review and applicable charges.

By ticking acceptance during registration, agent gives electronic acceptance. Rayvia may store this acceptance with account details and audit logs.
